Since acquiring the 30,000 square meter building in April 2021, Genesta has undertaken significant renovations to modernize the property while respecting its original architectural design. These upgrades include improvements to tenant spaces and common areas, incorporating practices to enhance energy efficiency and reduce the building’s carbon footprint.

Public offers a range of amenities such as an auditorium, lounges, and restaurants, all within easy reach of Ørestad’s metro, bus, and regional train stations.
