Norway — The parties have agreed to Veidekke’s acquisition of 100% of shares in Constructa Entreprenør AS. This further strengthens Veidekke’s position in the attractive Bergen market.

Norway — Veidekke has signed a contract with Lilleby Eiendom AS to build Smelteverket 1, an eco-certified apartment building across five storeys with 41 units and underground parking. The contract is a design and build contract valued at approx. NOK 130 million excluding VAT.

Norway — Veidekke has signed a contract with SINTEF Energi AS to build SINTEF Horizon, an eco-certified commercial building on the Gløshaugen university campus in Trondheim. The commission is a design and build contract valued at NOK 280 million, excluding VAT.

Sweden — The transaction was conditional upon environmental approval from the authorities, which has now been granted. The transaction will therefore be completed in mid-November and will provide a financial gain of NOK 130 million in the 4th quarter 2022.

Norway — Veidekke has been commissioned by Nesgata 19 utvikling AS (a joint venture by OBOS Nye Hjem and Otto Olsen Boligutvikling) to build the second tranche of housing in the Kvarteret residential project in the town of Lillestrøm.

Norway — Veidekke Bygg has been commissioned by Ulven B1 Næringstomt AS (owned 50/50 OBOS and Veidekke ASA) to build a new head office for Veidekke in Oslo’s Ulven neighbourhood.

Norway — Veidekke has been commissioned by Signaturhagen Bolig AS and Boligbyggelaget TOBB to build a housing project with 72 apartments in the centre of Stjørdal.

Norway — Kristiansand municipality and Veidekke signed a contract for the construction of Wilds Minne school, which will accommodate 500 primary level students.

Sweden — Veidekke's subsidiary Arcona has been commissioned by Ursus Real Estate Management AS to renovate 14,300 sqm of office area currently leased by PostNord in the Arken building in Solna.

Sweden — Logicenters is continuing its expansion in Greater Stockholm. It has announced the acquisition of land in Nykvarn – just south of the capital – where the initial plan is to construct a new 50,000 sqm facility.

Sweden — Veidekke's subsidiary BRA has signed a contract to build the new head office of the medical technology company Mölnlycke in Mölndal, Sweden. The project has a contract amount of approx. SEK 480 million.

Norway — Altus Eiendom AS has awarded Veidekke the contract to build the Kysthagen residential project on Straume in Øygarden municipality outside Bergen.

Norway — OBOS Nye Hjem has awarded Veidekke the contract to build the Vollebekk Torgkvartal housing cooperative with 153 environmentally certified apartments, five shared apartments, a kindergarten, commercial premises and underground parking at Vollebekk in eastern Oslo.

Norway — Ferd Eiendom has entered into a design and construct contract with Veidekke for the construction of the Humlehagen (‘bumble bee garden’) housing project at Ensjø in Oslo.

Norway — Obos has awarded Veidekke the contract to also build the third stage of the Teieparken residential project in Tønsberg. This involves the construction of 167 environmentally certified homes in four stages of construction that will be initiated as sales progress.

Norway — Veidekke's subsidiary Seby AS and Oslobygg KF have signed a contract for the construction of a new multipurpose hall at Dælenenga in the Grünerløkka district of Oslo.

Sweden — Maria Sidén is the new CFO of Veidekke Bygg Sverige. She joins from the role of CFO at John Mattson, and will start at Veidekke in March 2022.

Norway — Veidekke has been commissioned by Statsbygg to construct basement areas beneath the new Government Quarter in Oslo. The project is worth NOK 2.1 billion excluding VAT.

Norway — Veidekke has entered into a contract with Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF to demolish the existing structures and erect the new, environmentally-certified Majorstuhjemmene nursing home with 120 places in central Oslo.

Nordic — Veidekke has decided to implement a structural and organisational change in its Swedish operations, whereby Veidekke Sweden is split into two operational units, Construction Sweden and Infrastructure Sweden. At the same time Mats Nyström leaves the company.

Norway — Arendal Eiendom KF has awarded Veidekke the contract to erect a new building for emergency room, municipal emergency help and triage facilities in connection with Sørlandet Hospital in Arendal. The contract is a design and build contract valued at NOK 150 million excluding VAT.

Sweden — Veidekke has been commissioned by BaseCamp Student Real Estate to build 589 student apartments in Västra Hamnen, Malmö. The design and build contract has a value of approx. SEK 448 million and is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2023.
