Wihlborgs acquired the property in June 2016. One year later M. Larsen will be able to move into premises comprising 8,000 square meters of office and warehouse space, with an annual rent equivalent to EUR 0.8M.

“We have noted a positive trend in Denmark, and this contract is a sign that demand is increasing and confirms that it was a wise decision to acquire the property. M. Larsen will move into modern, fit-for-purpose premises in a favourable logistics location, which suits their operations,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs.

Wihlborgs owns and manages about 400,000 square meters of property in the Copenhagen area, with a market value of EUR 425M.
