The project Bjerglandsbyen in the area Brønshøj is purchased from RHB Development ApS. The property will be built a total of 114 units, divided into 83 apartments and 31 townhouses. The building also includes an underground garage with 56 places. The property is completed for occupancy in the summer 2018.
 
Total surface amounts to about 11 300 s.q.m. and transaction amounts to approximately EUR 51M. The transaction takes place through the acquisition of companies and financed with its own cash and mortgage credit financing.
