The purchase consideration amounts to EUR 11M and the seller is the pension company Danica. The property is fully let to the Danish pension fund ATP. Possession will be taken in September 2017.

“The acquisition complements the 15 properties we purchased from Danica in July,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

Following this acquisition, Wihlborgs will have a property portfolio in Denmark of around 580,000 square meters and valued at EUR 681M.
