"A great addition to our growing portfolio in Copenhagen and the fast-growing district of Örestad. The combination of good quality, a position near the new Royal Arena, near Kastrup and communications to central Copenhagen is unbeatable," says Tom Rasmussen, Head of Asset Management, Heimstaden.

"Our values are to deliver high quality, where location, community and rooms in the city are important building blocks," says Rasmus Friis, CEO, Tetris A/S.

Gorrissen Federspiel has been the advisor of Heimstaden in the transaction.
