The last stage of the project Skovkvarteret in Örestad was bought from Tetris A/S. The project will consist of three buildings with a total of 55 apartments. Construction is underway and the houses will be completed for occupancy in July/August 2018.

The total project is approximately 5 000 square meters large and the transaction value amounts to approximately EUR 20M. The transaction takes place through the acquisition of companies.

"A great addition to our growing portfolio in Copenhagen and the fast-growing district of Örestad. The combination of good quality, a position near the new Royal Arena, near Kastrup and communications to central Copenhagen is unbeatable," says Tom Rasmussen, Head of Asset Management, Heimstaden.

"Our values are to deliver high quality, where location, community and rooms in the city are important building blocks," says Rasmus Friis, CEO, Tetris A/S.

Gorrissen Federspiel has been the advisor of Heimstaden in the transaction.
