The project Scherfig was acquired by Penco P/S, a company owned by PenSam Life Forsikringsaktieselskab and Consort A/S. The property will be built with a total of 114 apartments and 117 parking spaces in the underground parking basement Construction is underway and the property is completed for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2018th.
The total surface amounts to about 12 800 square meters and the transaction value is approximately EUR 91M. The transaction takes place through the acquisition of companies andis financed with its own cash and mortgage credit financing.
