The property is purchased from Keystone Investment Management A/S. The acquisition includes a building containing 105 apartments that was built and completed in 2017.
The total surface amounts to about 9 500 square meters and the transaction value is around EUR 46M.
"Valby is one of Copenhagen's most dynamic neighborhoods. We have in recent years managed to buy a lot of real estate in the area, which gives us the management benefits," says Magnus Nordholm, EVP Heimstaden.
