M2 Asset Management is selling 78 owner-occupied apartments and 15 parking spaces located in Frederiksstaden, Copenhagen, part of the iconic residential area "Dronningegården". The total lettable area amounts to 6,462 square meters, divided between two adjacent buildings where seven floors consist of housing. The buyer is PenSam, a major Danish life insurance and pension company.

M2 Asset Management was exclusively represented by Catella Corporate Finance A/S in the deal, where Catella Investment Management A/S successfully acted as local operating partner for the project.
