Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Fabege to construct a 35,000-square-meter office building next to Arenastaden in Solna, Sweden. The project is a design-build contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 750 million.

Norway — NCC Building has commenced the construction of Manglerud Swim and Activity Center on behalf of Undervisningsbygg KF.

Finland — NCC and Taaleri Real Estate Fund are to construct three new apartment blocks in Espoonlahti, outside Helsinki, an area undergoing extensive development. In total, there will be 218 apartments of various sizes, and the order value amounts to EUR 41 million.

Sweden — In collaboration with HSB Gothenburg, NCC will construct 135 tenant-owner apartments in Gothenburg. The apartments will form the HSB brf Sannaparken block and are a part of the new Fixfabiken residential area that is being developed in Majorna, western Gothenburg. The order value is approximately SEK 285 million.

Sweden — NCC is to construct two new healthcare buildings at Mälar Hospital in Eskilstuna and Nyköping Hospital in collaboration with Region Sörmland. The total order value for both projects amounts to more than SEK 2.4 billion.

Denmark — NCC has won its single largest refurbishment project in Denmark to date, with a new phase of the refurbishment of row houses in the Albertslund Syd residential district for Bo-Vest. Worth approximately SEK 1 billion, the contract encompasses 503 row houses and extends for just over three years beginning in February 2020.

Finland — NCC has signed a long-term lease with Fiskars Group, which will be moving its head office to NCC’s “Next” project in Espoo, Finland in early 2022. Fiskars Group will be leasing the entire property of approximately 10,000 square meters.

Finland — NCC is selling the B and C buildings of its Fredriksberg office projects in the distinctive Konepaja district of Helsinki for approximately SEK 680 million to the German KanAm Grund Group and its Leading Cities Invest fund.

Denmark — NCC is selling Company House IV, the last office property in Delta Park, Vallensbaek just outside Copenhagen, for nearly MSEK 340 (EUR 32M).

Denmark — NCC signs contract for the first phase of the construction of the New North Zealand Hospital with the Hovedstaden region of Denmark. The contract for the first phase of the project is valued at about SEK 1.7 billion of the total contract assignment of SEK 3.4 billion.

Sweden — NCC is selling its first office project, K12, in Järva Krog, Stockholm, to Fastpartner for just over SEK 1.5 billion (EUR 142M). NCC has its new head office in the property.

Denmark — NCC is to develop a new, attractive city district comprising housing, a hotel, stores and restaurants on Papirøen island in central Copenhagen on behalf of development company CØ P/S.

Nordic — Catarina Molén-Runnäs will become new Business Area Manager of NCC Building Nordics. She will join NCC no later than February 1, 2020 to replace Klaus Kaae.

Finland — NCC has signed a long-term lease for approximately 10,000 square meters with the company Trimble Solutions Corporation in a new office project at Hatsina in Espoo, Finland. NCC has also signed an agreement with pension insurance company Varma to sell the project when completed.

Denmark — Rental housing company Sjælland has selected NCC as main contractor for the refurbishment of Rønnebærparken and Æblehaven in Roskilde.

Norway — NCC is selling the Valle Wood and Valle View office projects, including the remaining development rights in the Helsfyr area of Oslo, to Valle Eiendom Holding AS, a newly formed property company established by Pareto Securities, for nearly SEK 2 billion.

Denmark — The Hovedstaden region of Denmark has chosen NCC to construct the New North Zealand Hospital, the last of the super hospitals to be built in Denmark.

Sweden — Trianon has signed an agreement to acquire the Multihuset project by NCC. The multihouse is located at Limhamn in Malmö and the acquisition has an underlying property value of MSEK 425.

Denmark — NCC has been commissioned by property developer Bricks A/S to build Nicolinehus in Aarhus, a construction project of 40,000 square meters valued at nearly SEK 1.4 billion. Nicolinehus will form a link between the city and the port comprising housing units, a market hall, stores, fitness centers, offices and restaurants.
