Finland Finland — NCC is to construct an office and retail complex next to Ratina shopping center in Tampere. The customer is Sponda Plc and the value of the project is approximately EUR 25M.

NCC Renovates Campus in Oulu

Finland Finland — NCC is to renovate Linnanmaa University Campus in Oulu on behalf of the University of Finland. The renovation is part of the Cooperative Campus 2020 project to create premises for the University of Oulu. The order amounts to approximately EUR 33M.

Sweden Sweden — In partnership with Liseberg, NCC will extend the largest amusement park in the Nordic region. The assignment includes a water park, a themed destination hotel and parking facilities in the city centre of Gothenburg.
