Denmark — The Hovedstaden region of Denmark has chosen NCC to construct the New North Zealand Hospital, the last of the super hospitals to be built in Denmark.

Sweden — Trianon has signed an agreement to acquire the Multihuset project by NCC. The multihouse is located at Limhamn in Malmö and the acquisition has an underlying property value of MSEK 425.

Denmark — NCC has been commissioned by property developer Bricks A/S to build Nicolinehus in Aarhus, a construction project of 40,000 square meters valued at nearly SEK 1.4 billion. Nicolinehus will form a link between the city and the port comprising housing units, a market hall, stores, fitness centers, offices and restaurants.

Finland — NCC has been selected by state owned real estate company Senate Properties to construct the new building for the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) in, Helsinki, Finland. The order value is over SEK 300 million and it is one of the key partnering projects of Senate Properties.

Sweden — NCC is divesting the Lyckobrunnen logistics project in Brunna, Upplands Bro, to global real estate investment firm M&G Real Estate for MSEK 190.

Sweden — Joachim Holmberg will be the new Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development.

Norway — NCC has been commissioned by St. Olavs Hospital HF to build a high-security clinic for psychiatric care at Østmarka in Trondheim, Norway.

Denmark — NCC has secured an order worth more than SEK 1.5 billion to build 233 housing units and a parking garage on Kronløbsøen, a new island at Copenhagen Nordhavn. The parties behind the project, which comprises a total floor area of 63,600 square meters, are By & Havn, Pension Danmark and Nordkranen.

Denmark — Nordea has signed a 15-year lease for approximately 8,500 square meters in NCC’s Frederiks Plads II office project in Aarhus, Denmark.

Denmark — NCC has signed a four-year framework agreement valued at more than SEK 3.3 billion with the public housing company FSB in Denmark. NCC will work in partnership with Cowi, Rubow Architects, Smith Innovation and BM Byggeindustri.

Denmark — NCC is divesting the Flintholm II office project, the head office of the consultancy EY in Copenhagen, to the German real estate asset manager Deka Immobilien for approximately SEK 460 million (EUR 43 million).

Norway — The Norwegian agency UDI has signed a ten-year lease for approximately 16,000 square meters in NCC’s Valle View office project at Helsfyr in the Oslo region.

Denmark — ATP Ejendomme and NCC have signed an agreement to refurbish and expand Nordea’s former headquarters in Copenhagen, converting it into the Hilton Copenhagen City Center. The contract is valued at approximately MSEK 825 (EUR 78M).

Denmark — NCC is divesting the Frederiks Plads Company House office project in central Aarhus to Pension Danmark for approximately MSEK 240 (EUR 23M).

Finland — NCC has been selected to renovate an office into a hotel at the main railway station in Helsinki, Finland. The value of the project is about MSEK 740 (EUR 72.5M) and the customer is the real estate investment company Exilion.

Finland — NCC will build 70 homes for Elo in Vantaa.

Finland — NCC is selling its Fredriksberg office project in Helsinki for approximately MSEK 460 (EUR 44M) to Swiss Life Asset Managers.

Sweden — NCC is purchasing a property from ICA Fastigheter with approximately 50,000 square meters of development rights for offices, retail and a hotel. NCC has also signed 15-year leases for approximately 20,000 square meters.

Nordic — NCC will split its largest business area, NCC Building, into Building Sweden, led by Henrik Landelius, and Building Nordics, led by Klaus Kaae. The aim is to provide each unit with better conditions to achieve profitable growth.

Sweden — NCC is making changes to its Executive Management Group. Susanne Lithander is appointed as new CFO. Ylva Lageson returns to NCC as Head of Operational Development and IT and will become a member of the Executive Management Group.

Denmark — Danica Pension and NCC have entered into an agreement to build 50 apartments in an attractive location in Hellerup, just north of Copenhagen.
